An intimate hands-on cooking experience centred on Lake Como’s wild herbs. Guided by an ethnobotanist, you’ll explore seasonal ingredients and transform them into creative dishes inside a unique artist’s studio. The class is followed by a special themed lunch featuring the recipes you’ve prepared.
